Anna Yengibaryan dedicates her legal practice to civil litigation, including First Party Property Insurance Disputes, where she advocates for property owners against large national insurance corporations.

Anna is a first-generation immigrant from Moscow, Russia and speaks fluent Russian. Anna graduated from Florida International University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. She later attended and graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center where she earned her Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, Anna was accepted to the distinguished Moot Court Honor Society, as well as the Nova Trial Association, where she strengthened her skills as a legal advocate through competing in various trial tournaments nationwide.

Anna began her legal career as a prosecutor at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s office. As a prosecutor, Anna advocated on behalf of thousands of victims throughout the community and tried over 20 jury and non-jury trials, serving as lead counsel on more than 15 jury trials. Anna was quickly promoted to the Miami-Dade County’s Human Trafficking specialized unit where she prosecuted hundreds of violent first-degree felonies while advocating on behalf of hundreds of victims of violence and human trafficking.

After passionately serving her community as a prosecutor, Anna joined Legal Grit, PLLC as an Associate Attorney, where she took her passion and dedication as a legal advocate to fighting for those wronged by their insurance companies. While at Legal Grit, PLLC, Anna secured thousands of dollars in settlements and countless victories on behalf of her clients. Anna is a member of the Florida Bar Association and is licensed to practice in all Florida circuit and county courts.
